By Dr. Michael J. Cooney, Clinical Director

We’re honored to welcome Dr. Kuppusami Timakkondu, a highly regarded Calmare provider from India who is observing here at the clinic this week.
Dr. Timakkondu is particularly interested in our CRPS, fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuritis treatment protocols.
We’re shown here with superstar patient, Emily Blake, who is undergoing booster treatments with us this week. You may recall Emily’s battle with CRPS was chronicled by her daily newspaper in Indiana.
While Emily’s pain level had risen to a 5/10, after her third booster treatment yesterday, September 27, her pain level is down to 1/10, thankfully.
Calmare is a Provider Dependent Therapy. Why You Should Choose Wisely
While Dr. Timakkondu and I may live and practice pain management at opposite ends of the globe, we are united in our war against chronic pain.
Thank you for your insight, your candor and your friendship, doctor.
Update September 2023
Now seven years since his scrambler therapy training with us here in New Jersey, Dr. Tim has successfully treated hundreds of patients in India battling treatment and medication-resistant neuropathy. He is shown at his clinic below with a patient and one of his staff:
Is Your Pain Management Failing You?
The Calmare Therapy NJ USA clinic is often a ‘last stop’ for people in pain who have tried all the drugs, injections, surgeries and other painful and invasive therapies to stop their chronic pain.
Scrambler therapy is painless, drug-free and has no side effects. The biggest risk factor is that the therapy will not reduce your pain. However, the majority of people who have undergone scrambler therapy have significantly lessened their neuropathy to a ‘manageable level’ or eliminated their pain completely (our goal).
If you’d like to find out if scrambler therapy might be right for you, call us at 201-933-4440 at info@calmaretherapynj.com.
